James has been a Human Performance Practitioner in commercial nuclear power and the transmission, distribution and generating utility industries for the past 14 plus years, and a Nuclear Power Instrument & Controls Technician for 15 years prior. James continues to participate and present in conferences, human performance training opportunities, self-assessments, and benchmarking all over the world. James is working as the Human Performance Program Manager for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Cristen is the Owner and has been with Human Performance Tools for four plus years and has extensive experience in Learning Management Systems and corporate training. Her years of education background have positioned her as a leader in administration, education and research. She is recognized for developing curriculum, budgets, schedules and programs that meet specific needs in any environment. She is an accomplished researcher, having worked in different museum audience research roles. She developed the unique skill of being able to take the research collected and connecting it to create successful programs, presentations and partnerships. She has excellent supervisor and management skills, and significant experience with HR hiring practices and metrics. She prides herself on her ability to be organized and handling priorities.
